Real-Estate Law

At least once in their life, everyone may face a situation involving the acquisition or transfer of real estate, securing housing through a lease, or resolving shared or sole co-ownership.
While it may not always be necessary, it is usually advisable to have a contract drafted by a lawyer. A lawyer will ensure that the contract meets all legal requirements and that there are no complications when registering ownership rights in the real estate cadastre. If you have already received a draft contract from your counterparty—whether an individual or a legal entity—it is recommended to have a lawyer review it for you.

In the field of real estate law, I offer legal advice primarily through the drafting and authorization of contracts for the transfer of ownership (such as donation, purchase, or exchange contracts), as well as filing petitions for ownership registration and representing clients in cadastral proceedings (registration of ownership). I also provide contract reviews for transactions involving the sale or acquisition of real estate, as well as drafting or reviewing lease agreements, mortgage contracts, and agreements related to the settlement of shared or matrimonial co-ownership.
Additionally, I offer authorization services for real estate transfer contracts that I draft. Authorization is a process in which the lawyer not only drafts the contract but also verifies the identity of the parties involved. This allows the parties to avoid visiting a notary for signature verification.
